Verizon Media identified the universal moments that define online engagement. The eight moments included Inspire, Connect, Delight, Find, Inform, Entertain, Comfort, and Observe. We can improve customer engagement by understanding their Intention and using content moments to make it easy for customers to take action, like making a purchase or getting more information.
